The Demonstration Gardens will hold exhibits dedicated to home gardeners wanting to learn more about the latest plants, gardening styles and techniques they can use. The Demonstration Gardens will be set up with flexibility to change displays with the latest discoveries. There will be a Teaching Terrace and five Vignette Gardens, each housing rotating garden displays created by local design firms and contractors.

The Teaching Complex will be a series of small buildings housing the Main Teaching Pavilion, a volunteer gardener program, and Kitchen Theater where chefs will demonstrate how to best use local in-season produce from the garden.

Demonstration Gardens will identify plants best suited for the Tulsa area’s climate and soils, and school children and green thumbers will find a new education resource.
